Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
